Costs depend on chargeable weight (volume vs actual weight), route, urgency, and additional services like customs or delivery.
We offer both options depending on your needs and budget.
Typically commercial invoice, packing list, airway bill, and any required certificates depending on the goods.
A shipment is considered special cargo if it requires specific handling, packaging, or transport conditions.
This includes goods that are:
- Non-stackable
- Fragile
- Containing liquids
- Temperature-controlled (cooling required)
- Containing batteries (including lithium, button cells, etc.)
- Classified as dangerous goods under IATA DGR (e.g. flammable, corrosive, explosive, toxic, biohazard)
- Food products
- Pharmaceutical or medical goods
If your shipment falls into any of these categories, please inform us in advance so we can ensure safe and compliant transport.
Yes, cargo insurance can be arranged, and it is strongly recommended for high-value shipments. In air freight, carrier liability is limited (typically around 17 SDR/kg), so insurance ensures full coverage of your goods in case of loss or damage.
We do not arrange shipments to or from Russia in compliance with current EU sanctions.
